Dr Chew Min Hoe is an accomplished colorectal surgeon with more than 15 years’ experience in treating a high volume of piles cases, with good outcomes.
During his 20 years of service in the public healthcare sector, Dr Chew held numerous leadership positions, including the Chairman of the Division of Surgery at Sengkang General Hospital and the SingHealth Vice Chairman of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development of the Academic Medicine Council for Surgery.
For his devotion to the field, Dr Chew was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) at the National Day Awards in 2020. He is also a keen educator and researcher, having taught medical students at NUS and NTU as an Adjunct Associate Professor, and authored over a hundred peer-reviewed publications including various techniques and outcomes in staple haemorrhoidectomy, laser haemorrhoidectomy.
